The building was completed in 2016 and combines the most modern winemaking control techniques with the more traditional ones. Here, the fruits of our lands are transported and processed, respecting nature and its timing, maintaining our primary objective: combining tradition and innovation in the cellar to give those who choose us a complete and characteristic tasting experience.
The cellar is also the place of excellence for tasting, immersed in the vineyard, it offers guests the opportunity to view the working and resting places of the wine, perceiving a vast range of sensorial experiences.
The harvest of the grapes is carried out entirely by hand.
Subsequently, they are transported in special crates and vinified trying to maintain high quality standards with the utmost respect for tradition.
The grapes are selected and harvested individually at different periods, in order to better enhance the characteristics of each vineyard and respecting the ripening rhythms per variety.
Aging takes place in French oak tonneaux, located in a controlled temperature environment.
Once all this is over we will have the opportunity, depending on how much time is left, to also visit the beautiful Taormina characterized by the Greek-Roman culture and then return by ship at the appointed time.

Capo Peloro is a triumph of blue, framed in the wonderful seaside village of Torre Faro.
Punta Peloro is a unique place in the world, a crossroads between two winds and two seas, where manta rays, dolphins and whales chase each other.

5 star tour with Alessandro! Book it, Taormina & Castelmola! 4 of us were picked up directly outside the port entrance in Messina (Celebrity Cruise) and Alessandro took great care of us all day. Comfortable van ride to Castelmola (way up in the hills) and dropped at a beautiful viewpoint/entrance to the town. Alessandro joined us and took us to a bakery for a yummy cannoli snack, best in town. We then were able to do a bit of wine tasting the Bar Turrisi (R Rated) and roam around town for a while for pictures and shopping. A fun ride down to Taormina, where we were dropped off for approx 2 hours of self exploration. Inside the gate, all pedestrian zone, so very fun. (You can walk to the Greek Theater, but be aware the line was long for tickets and my husband did not make it in to tour, although hen mentioned many photo opps along the way). The city was charming with shops, squares, churches and I am sure things we missed. A great overlook photo stop back in Messina and also a stop to view the cathedral n Messina. Alessandro was friendly, welcoming and gracious for our tour and we enjoyed ourselves very much. (And back to the ship on time!) Book with hum and you will have a good time! Thanks Alessandro!!
